Tegan Smith is curious. A little too curious, perhaps. It won't be long before she decides whether or not the dead are more dangerous than the living.
Living & Breathing, Etc. combines reality and supernaturality. It is a comedy/drama/suspense/thriller. Fleshly beings encounter ectoplasmic beings. It will confuse, perplex, and warm your heart. Something and nothing goes bump in the night. Those with an aversion to spookiness need be wary. Hold tight to your lucky numbers and don't stick your nose where it doesn't belong.

Curiosity [1]
There's something about the supernatural that
belongs with people who aren't fully connected
to this earth, to the living. But there are always
exceptions. Or maybe there aren't even rules.
Only one thing matters. Are you curious?
Sweet [2]
Tegan arrives in Corbin, Kentucky, her home for
most of the summer and reminisces about old
times she'd spent there with her family. Her Aunt
Nora gives her an overview of the small town,
and Tegan is unpleasantly not surprised.
Clover [3]
It's summer cleaning at the Green's house and
Tegan is ready to straighten up for her
widowed aunt. But there's something about
the blue room that isn't right. Something
about the smell.
Unlucky Number [4]
Some photo albums mysteriously disappear from
a drawer. Later, Tegan has her first run-in with
the Corbin natives. It seems like bad luck is
coming up behind her back. How much is there,
really, to this luck thing?
The Greenhouse [5]
Tegan drives over to the Elliot's Greenhouse to
get some plants for Nora's yard and sees a
familiar face. Mrs. Elliot hints at an unusual
tragedy surrounding Uncle Jack's death, which
heightens Tegan's incurable curiosity.
Mirror, Mirror [6]
A party invitation comes to Tegan, who would
rather snoop around Nora's drawers for clues
than attend, but certain company prevents her
evasion. A dream begins to reveal the beginnings
of what Tegan needs to explore.
Chained [7]
Tegan journeys out on to the dirt roads on
Kentucky to look for inspiration for her
architecture portfolio. However, she finds
someone she doesn't expect... or, rather,
something finds her. And they have a request.
Uptown Girl [8]
Tegan and Duke clean up Nora's flower beds as
they discuss-- and avoid discussing-- the events
of the previous day. Later, Duke takes Tegan to
Kyle Parsons' party. Drama ensues and Tegan
gets some information she'd been looking for.
The Beginning Ends [9]
Once upon a time, there was a small town
in a lonely place... Doing the dishes has
never been so explosive. Duke and Tegan
disagree on her capability to handle the
hauntings.
Library [10]
Tegan tries Chinese food. She and Duke take a
trip to the library to research the paranormal
and to meet Pastor Robertson. Duke proposes
a plan of action to which Tegan opposes, but
the pair comes to a consensus.
Sunday [11]
Sunday morning arrives with church, where
Tegan meets another Corbin-er and has a
perplexing run-in with the pastor. She and
Duke battle over the necessity of a Luncheon,
and Mrs. Johnson frightens and fascinates.
Ladies Who Lunch [12]
Duke and Tegan go to dine with Mrs. Johnson and
company. Tegan gets some interesting insight
from Mrs. Johnson on Nora and Jack's relationship.
She and Duke discuss its significance before
heading home.
Games [13]
After a trying lunch with Mrs. Johnson, Tegan and
Nora spend the afternoon bonding over food and
cards. For the first time in a while, Tegan feels
comfortable in her situation, particularly about
Nora's improving attitude.
Blessed [14]
Tegan decides that it's time to take the next step
in stopping whatever mysterious being is haunting
her temporary home. She enlists Duke's help in
arranging the first combative move. Many things
need to line up to make their plan a success.
Pray [15]
The first battle of Man vs. Ectoplasm is interrupted
by a guest who brings insight into Duke's motives
for helping Tegan. Duke and Tegan must also
determine the success of their first counterstrike.
Who is this spirit, anyway? What does it want?
Tangled [16]
As they run out of options, Tegan and Duke
search for answers from Mrs. Landreneau, Kara
Baylor's mysterious grandmother. The argument
over the ghost's identity and motives continues,
but a solution may be on the horizon.
